Greetings from Human Resources

Golden Apple Award
As we move forward into the school year be sure to nominate a most deserving employee for “The Golden Apple Award”. The Golden Apple recognizes a distinguished employee as someone making significant contributions towards helping our students and supporting our staff. Nominations are easy, just state the employee’s  accomplishments and submit the form to Carina (King) Hui at khui@smuhsd.org. Each month the “Savvy Source” will highlight the winner. This is a very special award that includes a public presentation of the Golden Apple trophy and the winner’s name is listed on a District plaque. A new winner is announced each month so be sure to submit your nominations and, should you see the recipient, congratulate the honoree on a job very well done.
